Dear future vacationers, here is some useful information before your arrival:
Arrival and departure days: Throughout the year, you can choose your arrival day for a minimum of 3 nights except in high season . In July and August, arrivals are mainly on Saturdays and some accommodations are open for arrivals on Sundays but always for a weekly stay (7, 14 or 21 nights). For any special requests, do not hesitate to contact me.
Swimming pool: the swimming pool at La Pinède park where the accommodation is located is accessible to all the accommodation offered except the Chalets (located on the other side of the pond); it is open each year from 06/15 to 09/15 and reserved for park occupants only
Wifi: the accommodations are not equipped with WIFI but we offer it as an OPTIONto provide you with a box to connect up to 10 devices per accommodation. Equipment in limited quantity (see the OPTION section when booking or contact us)
Accommodation characteristics: there are several accommodations in the same category, therefore the photos presented on our site are non-contractual: do not hesitate to ask us for the details you need. All accommodations are non-smoking
Charges : water and gas charges are included in the price of your rental; only your electricity consumption is billed at 0.35€/kwh at the end of your stay (2023 average: 17€ for a 7-night stay between June and September)
Catering: the restaurants around the pond LE CLUBHOUSE and QUAI SUD are establishments independent of our holiday home rental activity; consult the OUR GOOD ADDRESSES section of our website to find out about restaurants nearby.
Shops & Services: In Brossac (1km):Spar grocery store with tobacco and bread/pastries (closed Mondays), bank, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, gas station and garage. In Barbezieux (20km) and/or Chalais (12km): hypermarkets and other shops
Local markets: Don't miss the opportunity to discover regional products: Saturday morning, in Brossac; Sunday morning in Aubeterre (22km), Monday morning in Chalais (12km) and Friday morning in Ribérac, one of the largest markets in Dordogne (39km)
