The interior of this 120 m2 villa has a comfortable living room with sofas and a TV, providing ample space for children. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room, the kitchen equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. There is even a large laundry room to store your belongings including a washing machine.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are perfectly suited to families, the first bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds, the other 2 bedrooms have double beds (160x200cm) one of the bedrooms also has a private bathroom. Outside, the garden is fenced with a second security fence for the swimming pool.
