Etang Vallier - Rental Accommodations
There are 3 separate accomodation parks plus a camping at Etang Vallier. Each park offers its own style of rentals. You rent directly from the owner- if you choose to reserve via the resort website, we have inspected each house and ensure the quality of your stay. The Parks are laid out in a natural setting amongst the trees and are all just steps from the beautiful lake, beach and resort facilities. The Pinedes Park of Mini Villas and Villas
The Pinedes features approximately 60 villas and mini villas. Every individual house has a garden plot of 650m² to 950m² so there is plenty of space and privacy. The mini villas are about 30 years old. Many have been completely or partially refurbished, and provide the utmost comfort. The villas have all been built since 2005 - therefore they are more modern, well equipped and are perfectly insulated and heated. Each home is privately owned. The descriptions given on our website always describe the minimum of equipment and features of any house type- many far surpass their descriptions!
The Pinedes park itself provides a recent (2011) large, free outdoor pool that is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. There are 2 play areas in the pool gardens as well. In the central park, there is an additional play area, free and reserved for Pinede park residents. The park grounds and the private plots of each mini villa and villa are maintained by the owners' association gardener. This caretaker also preforms the daily maintenance on the pool to ensure you have a clean, safe, beautiful experience. Parking for a minimum of 2 cars is possible at each house. Campers, RVs and tents are not allowed in the park- they must be left in the camping area. Roads within the park are essentially one way access to ensure that the passage by any given villa is the same as another. The park is VERY quiet and restful. You can see layouts of the park here. We always try to accommodate your request, though it is not possible 100% of the time- we will always confirm back to you to let you know.
Mini Villas
The mini villas are separated into two further categories: classic and comfort. The comfort mini villas are of the same layout as the classic mini villas however they are all also equipped with a dishwasher and more recent furnishings. The mini villas feature 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate WC. There is a large sitting/dining room and open plan kitchen. To see the full descriptions of each click here. Villas
The Villas in the Pinèdes park all feature 3 bedrooms. There are 3 different models: Pinede, Charentaise and Verne. The Pinede has 3 bedrooms 1 bath, the Charentaise and the Verne feature 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the villa models feature kitchens with all the modern conveniences and are decorated to high standard. There is always a large sitting/dining area and the kitchens are built open plan. Every villa features an outdoor terrace. The Verne villas have the largest terraces. Some are fully covered, some are half covered, half open, some are in wood decking some are in paving stones. The villas feature between 75m² living space for the pinede, 80m² for the Charentaise and nearly 90m² for the Verne. To see the full descriptions of each click here. The Clairière Park of Wood chalets
The Clairière remains a small collection of only 4 wooden chalets that will continued to be developped over the coming years. It features a play structure reserved for park residents as well as a 10mX10m pool that is 1m50 deep. (Please note, the problems encountered summer 2011 have now been resolved at the pool- it is guaranteed clean & fit for summer 2012!) There is a clothes washer made available free of charge in the common pool building. The park is in a very natural setting. Gardening is kept at a minimum- you really can take full advantage of a true country holiday. Access to the Clairière is via a dirt track that crosses through a beautiful wood.
Chalets
The Chalets in the Clairière are each slightly different. Each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate WC. If it is important for you, chalet 1 features a clothes washer, chalet 2 a dishwasher. Chalet 3 has a different layout with additional kitchen space, but neither clothes or dishwasher in the chalet (there is the clothes washer in the pool building for everyone!) The chalets are each 35m² of living space with an addital 15m² terrace. They are well insulated, and efficient to heat, so they are perfect for an economical, winter weekend and spa visit! click here. Les Chênes Residential Park
The Chenes is designed as a residential park for fulltime, permanent living. There is a total of 15 homes completed, the park will have 30 homes in total and will be finished by the end of 2013. Most of the houses are used exclusively by their owners and owners families, and about 1/3 are lived in year round by new or longstanding relocated Brossac families. The owners in the park are French, English, Dutch and Belgian. The garden plots are all at least 1100m² making this the most spacious of all the parks at Etang Vallier. There are several owners who let there houses to tourists both through the resort services and independently. The houses are each very spacious and are luxuriously furnished for your utmost comfort. The owners of the Large villas in the Chênes have all arranged a special priviledged access to the Clubhouse & Spa facilities which can be booked at the same time you reserve the house on line.
Grande Villa 3 chambres
This large 3 bedroom villa features over 120m² living space, 3 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), 2 terraces accessed by double french doors, and an entryway.
