Getting to Etang Vallier

The Charente is blessed with good access and its proximity to fantastic sites while being "in the middle of nowhere!" You can think that you are completely out of the modern world- far from modern concerns one moment, then jump in the car for a pleasant, unstressful car ride and in just a few minutes arrive in Cosmopolitan Angouleme, Cognac or Bordeaux.... This is markedly different from the neighboring Dordogne which has agonisingly crooked and indirect access roads.

Once in Brossac

Once you arrive in Brossac, if you have come from the north (Barbezieux), pass in front of the Mayor's office (Mairie) then turn right at the Butcher shop. At the stop sign turn right again and The Clubhouse & Spa will be on your left side before the lake.

If you have arrived from the south (Chalais) then you will be turning left to arrive in Brossac. At the 1st stop sign turn left, at the second stop sign turn right and continue on... The Clubhouse & Spa are on your left with the parking accessible from the circular drive. The Clubhouse is also where you will be checking in if you are staying overnight on site..

If you are staying in the Pinedes Park, and you have rented your mini villa or villa via the Website www.rentcharente.com, or by telephone with the Etang Vallier Services staff, you will need to check in at the Clubhouse & Spa. Once you have checked in, it is only a few hundred metres to the entrance of the Pinedes. The park is still expanding the plots without houses on them are still available for sale. The houses that are the same colour as the background are either reserved for the exclusive use of their owners or are rented out directly by their owners.

La Clairiere is located behind the Clubhouse & Spa and is accessed by the dirt road which winds through the forest. As there are only 4 chalets currently, you are sure to be able to find yours!

Les Chênes Residential Park

Les Chenes is mostly composed of permanent residences. There are only a few that are made available to rental guests. Each house is highly personalised by its owners. If you have rented your villa via the website www.rentcharente.com or via telephone with Etang Vallier Services, you will need to check in and collect your keys from the Clubhouse & Spa reception. We will indicate your specific house.
