Brossac Lake - Les Pinèdes Villa Rentals
The Holiday park at Etang Vallier Resort "Les Pinèdes" features 50 holiday villas and mini villas set in a very spacious natural park dotted with mature trees and hedging. There is a central park area with a footpath leading you for a short stroll to the restaurant and lakeside. Each villa is privately owned. The owners rent their homes when they are not using it for themselves. Visitors to Etang Vallier Resort are about 30% Dutch or Belgian, 30% French and 30% English. The holiday park is open year around and the beautifully built and equipped homes are perfectly suited to visits at any time of year. There are 5 different villa models available in the Pinèdes park. 2 are 2 bedroom mini villas furnished to Classic, Comfort, or Luxury standard. The other 3 models are all very recently built 3 bedroom villas: Pinede, Charentaise or Verne.
Mini Villas rental - 2 bedrooms
The mini villas all feature a furnished covered terrace, an equipped kitchen, a large dining/salon area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with separate WC. All are of the same physical layout. The Classics are simply furnished and decorated, the Comforts have all been very recently renovated with new tile flooring, new bathrooms, upgraded kitchen utensils, and have some new furnishings and decor. The Luxury minivilla has had a dramatic renovation, all new furnishings and a fashion interior decoration with an all new fitted kitchen. Each comfort villa reflects the personality of its owners and are individually decorated. New Build Villa Rentals - 3 bedrooms
Etang Vallier Resort has been expanding since 2005. There are over 30 new villas that have been added. The new luxury villas have 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms - one of which is an ensuite. The villas are equipped for stays of up to 10 guests in a spacious layout of 75m² to 90m². All the new villas are beautifully decorated. They have all the modern conveniences and lots of nice touches. There are large terraces, plenty of parking and each is set on a garden plot of between 600m² and 850m².
