Gerard Corluy
Our visionary project developper originally from Schilde Belgium: In 2004, Gerard bought Etang Vallier after 1st buying a holiday home in 1998 and then relocating to Brossac fulltime in 2002. The park was initially composed of 25 2 bedroom houses (currently the classic & comfort mini villas), the lake, the restaurant building and the surrounding properties. Since 2004, he has been building up the park, adding 3 bedroom 2 bath villas (Charentaise, Pinede & Verne) to the original holiday park, started the new park for the wood chalets, acquired new property to create the Chênes Residential park (Chanterelle, grande villa 2 chambres et grande villa 3 chambres). All the homes are built to order and are sold on to their new owners who often let them out to holidaymakers.

Eleanor Ramsay
The creator of Etang Vallier Services which provides owner services, tourist services, activities and operates the Clubhouse & Spa: From 2004 to 2009, Eleanor & Gerard ran the park together, while Eleanor built up the services on site. Now that the park has grown, Eleanor solely manages Etang Vallier Services.
